Peter Ren, junior, is crowned Mr. Hinsdale at the end of the pageant on Dec. 10.
On Wednesday, Dec. 10, the Mr. Hinsdale Pageant took place. The competition featured male students who participated in talent, question and answer, and fashion portions of the show.
The contest was created by J.Kyle Braid cohort three years ago. When JKB students went on their annual trip to California, they were inspired by other schools to raise money for their trip and for charity.
The winner of the contest receives a prize that goes to the charity of his choice. The three judges were English teacher Mr. Bhatti, science teacher Mr. McCloud, and lunch personnel Ms. Barbara Knapczyk.
