On Monday, Sept. 30, Crumbl Cookies released their new rotation of flavors for the week. These flavors were the pumpkin cake cookie, ultimate peanut butter, cookie and cream milkshake, and brownie sundae.
My friends and I took this as an opportunity to give them a review.
First we started with the ultimate peanut butter cookie. This was my personal favorite because I am a big fan of peanut butter. I gave this one a 9/10; it was a little softer than I would have liked but other than that it was good.
Then we tried the cookies and cream milkshake cookie, which was an Oreo-flavored cookie with frosting on top.
“I give this one a 10/10,” said Owen Stamer, senior. “This was the best one out of the box by far.”
I thought that the Oreo cookie was just OK, as it was kind of sweet, but it was still good. There was too much frosting for my liking.
Next, up was the brownie sundae cookie.
“It was pretty good, but I didn’t like the filling in the middle of the brownie,” said Will Stamer, freshman. “I give this one a 6/10.”
Lastly, we tried the pumpkin cake cookie.
“The cookie was a little too sugary for me and gave me a headache,” said Brody Peterson, senior. “I [would] give it a 4/10.”
So overall, in my opinion, this week’s cookies were good. They taste as advertised. I wouldn’t say this is the best lineup that Crumbl has had. The prices for Crumbl are a little extreme. It was $50 for 12 cookies, which I thought was a little pricey and not worth it. However, I still enjoyed it overall.
