With winter break quickly approaching, we finally have more time on our hands for holiday fun. If you’re bored with basic chocolate chip cookies, or just want an excuse to get some friends together for a baking party, try some of these fun and festive recipes
Here’s a nice spin off the traditional Rice Krispies treats. They are made almost exactly like the original, except they are shaped like an ornament. This allows you to decorate with frosting and candies to your heart’s desire. They also make great DIY presents.

Chocolate chip cookies are wonderful, but if you are looking for something a little more decadent, try these cookies. They are a wonderful combination of crunchy and gooey. Try adding some sea salt or colored chocolate chips for a festive take.
