Bruster’s Ice Cream opened on March 8, 2025 in Lombard, Illinois. This is their second establishment in Illinois, and their first establishment is in Aurora, Illinois.

They have a lot of flavors that they make fresh every day, and they have a variety of cakes, shakes, sherbets, sundaes, and Italian ice. They also have a drive-thru and an outside place where you can order the ice cream.

I got the key lime pie ice cream in a waffle cone, and it was pretty tasty. It had pie pieces in the ice cream which enhanced the flavor.

“I had the piña colada sherbet, and it was pretty tasty and reminded me of the summer,” said Chichi Oranu, senior.

There are ice cream flavors like almond chocolate coconut, butter pecan, caramel brownie batter, caramel explosion with Twix and cherry vanilla among others.

“I got the strawberry shortcake sundae in a waffle bowl, and it was really tasty,” said Enzo Cinque, senior.

You can get the shakes with the ice cream you pick.

“I got the dirt cake, and it was pretty good,” said Owen Stamer. “It’s one of the better sundaes I have ever tasted.”

Overall, this is a very good ice cream place, and I recommend everyone to try it.
