Retreat into Snowball
Operation Snowball is a retreat which acts as a break from the struggles of high school life for many students. Students from Hinsdale South and Central spend three days at Camp Manitoqua in Frankfort, Ill. in order to learn new skills, meet new people, and have a great time.
Approximately 100 people attended the retreat and participated in different activities such as mini-workshops, small group discussions, and a bonfire. At Operation Snowball, participants have the opportunity of attending general sessions in which they can listen to guest speakers. This year M&P, the key speakers, inspired Snowball to “take healthy risks”.
