As the fall season begins, students around Hinsdale Central are starting to adapt their fashion to the colder climate. The aesthetic of fall also plays into people’s style.

“I like doing fall fits because it gets people into the spirit of Halloween, and the weather is perfect for a hoodie,” said Izzy Tornabene, junior. “I feel like it’s just the aesthetic of fall that has always been my favorite.” 

Tornabene says that her favorite pair of fall shoes are Uggs.

“Ugg shoes are just very fall in general,” Tornabene said.

She also mentions that when fall hits, that is when her style starts to switch. Tornabene said  that she’s going to be wearing jeans, sweaters, and big hoodies. 

Freshman Lily Bier also loves fall fashion. 

“I love fall and the outfits,” Bier said.“I think styles change a lot during the fall, and people start to dress comfier and cuter. Golden Gooses are my favorite pair of go to shoes for the fall, because I love how they make my outfits look.”

The fall climate also impacts some students’ outfits.

“My taste does change,” Bier said. “I like to match the fall days aesthetic.” 

Finally, Senior Kamile Zinis talked about the comparison of the seasons. 

“I think I like the fall vibes better than any other season,” Zinis said.

Zinis’s go-to pair of fall shoes is Uggs. 

“My taste stays pretty much the same. I still like wearing sweatpants, maybe with a sweater as well,” Zinis said. 

As fall season progresses, students will start to switch their styles and trends due to colder temperatures.
