The holiday season has officially arrived at Starbucks, and students are celebrating everywhere. On Nov. 6, the coffee chain rolled out its long awaited holiday menu, complete with returning favorites, new seasonal drinks, and a cozy lineup of treats that promise to make every sip feel a little more in the holiday spirit.

This year’s menu brings back beloved classics like the Peppermint Mocha and Carmel Brulee Latte, both longtime staples for the Starbucks fans. These drinks, topped with whipped cream and festive sprinkles, have become a symbol of the season for many. But Starbucks isn’t stopping there, new additions are joining the holiday spirit. This includes the Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai and Spiced Sugar Cookie Latte, both designed to deliver nostalgic holiday flavors with a modern twist.
“I am so excited to try the new Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai because I love Chia Tea Lattes. I also just love the Christmas menu at Starbucks. It’s always so good and I love the new treats that come along with it,” said Sarah Meltzer, sophomore.
Alongside the drinks, Starbucks has also refreshed its bakery case with limited-time treats. The Cranberry Bliss Bar makes its annual return, joined by festive sugar cookies and new Chocolate Peppermint Loaf. These pastries pair perfectly with a warm latte on a cold morning.

“I think that one of my favorite bakery items from Starbucks would be a cake pop, especially the snowman one,” said Billy Gruber, senior. “But if I were to pick one of the new bakery items, I would want to try the Cranberry Bliss Bar.”
Many students and teachers said they look forward to the seasonal launch as the unofficial start of the holidays.
“I usually almost always have a Starbucks coffee in the morning and it was most definitely busier this morning due to the new Starbucks menu dropping,” said Marc Wolfe, business education teacher. “The fun packaging and new drinks are definitely a great way to promote that Christmas is coming at Starbucks.”
From peppermint and caramel to gingerbread and sugar cookies, Starbucks’ holiday menu continues to deliver the flavors, and the feelings of the holiday season. Whether students are grabbing a festive drink before or after school with friends, Starbucks will most definitely get all students into the holiday spirit.
